Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.17 dated 17.01.2025, registered under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (Section 117(2) of BNS, 2023 added later on) of the BNS, 2023 at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.

Vide order dated 23.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 23.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
