Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact, the FIR has been registered, however, he still submits that let the State Authorities filed the status report qua threat perception. 2.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with direction to respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider the representation (Annexure P-3) only qua the threat perception if any. 3.

It is made clear that the filing or the pendency or the order passed in this petition shall not be taken as an alibi or defence by either of the parties and shall have no bearing on the FIR registered.
