Through this writ petition, the petitioner prays for quashing of the complaint filed by the respondent No.6 and all the consequential proceedings including the report dated 31.03.2021, which was submitted after holding a regular inquiry.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that a similar question has been decided by this Bench in Civil Writ Petition No. 12426 of 2021 (Gurdev Singh v. State of Haryana and Others). However, he submits that the Letter Patents Appeal No. 615 of 2021 is pending in the Court, in which the notice has been issued.
