The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 42 dated 27.04.2023, registered at Police Station Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh, under Sections 354 and 509 of the IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the U.T., Chandigarh submits that the cancellation report has already been prepared and the same will be submitted before the trial Court within a period of three weeks from today. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the U.T., Chandigarh, counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as above.
