Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the respondents have passed a speaking order dated 24.05.2026 vide which the representation of the petitioners has been rejected. A copy of the same has been handed over to this Court which is taken on record as Mark A. A copy of the same has also been given to learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are not satisfied with the speaking order and has submitted that the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to challenge the same.
