3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioners have some dispute with Gram Panchayat of their village regarding allotment of ownership of 'Ghade-Khad' for which they have issued a legal notice dated 11.08.2015 (P-4).

In our considered view, the writ petition though is pre-mature at this stage, none-the-less, we dispose of it with a direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to take cognizance of the afore-said legal notice and intervene in accordance with law, if need be.
