At the outset, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwinder Singh, submits that the matter has been already looked into and the statement of the parents of petitioner No.1 have been recorded and they have specifically stated that they have no objection to the relationship of the petitioners and hence, there is no threat perception at least at this stage. 2.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 3.

However, the petitioners are granted liberty to approach the authorities, in case, any threat perception persists or arise.
