Learned counsel submits that the pensionary benefits to the petitioner were wrongly not granted. The Departmental examination was not conducted and no notice or information was given to him regarding the same. He thus, would submit a representation bringing the aforesaid facts to the notice of the authorities, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case a representation is filed within 4 weeks, the same be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
