Appellants have assailed the judgment of conviction dated 17.09.2018 and the order of sentence dated 20.09.2018 passed by the learned trial Court vide which they have been convicted under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and directed to be released on probation of good conduct. 2.
In terms of the order dated 23.08.2023 passed in CRM-222432019, the application for condonation of delay was allowed subject to the condition that the applicants shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in Poor Patients Welfare Fund, PGIMER, Chandigarh, within a period of 2 weeks. 3.
