**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through the instant petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 568 dated 11.9.2020, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 452, 506, 325, 427 IPC, Police Station Model Town, Rewari. Vide order dated 18.11.2020, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petition qua petitioner No. 1-Poonam Devi @ Poonam was allowed and the order dated 13.10.2020, granting interim bail, was made absolute.

Vide order dated 24.11.2020, passed by this Court, petitioner No. 2-Hukam Singh was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

CRM-M No. 32423 of 2020 -2submits that petitioner No. 2-Hukam Singh has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed qua petitioner No. 2 and the order dated 24.11.2020 granting interim bail to petitioner No. 2-Hukam Singh is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
