Learned counsel for the respondents informs the Court that the petitioner has been allowed to re-join as Extension Lecturer in the subject of Environmental Science.

However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the salary for the intervening period has not been released to the petitioner. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is rendered infructuous, as such, the same is disposed of. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy with respect to the payment of salary, if any, for the intervening period. 4.

Rule stands discharged.
