This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 15.02.2024 passed in CWP-21281-2017.

Learned counsel for the State has contended that a speaking order has since been passed on 28.05.2025. A copy of the same has been handed over in Court today, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. A copy of the speaking order has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off. Rule discharged.
