The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.363 dated 27.06.2019 registered under Sections 307, 34, 354, 354-D, 377, 406, 498-A, 506, IPC at Police Station Sirsa City, District Sirsa. 2.

By an order dated 05.12.2019, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioners and directed them to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioners have joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 05.12.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
