(ORAL) The petitioner, inter alia, is seeking a mandamus directing the respondent - Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, for admitting her in the five (05) years' course of Master of Hotel Management and Catering Technology against the twenty-five (25) vacant seats, in view of the merit based on the result of the qualifying examination. Her candidature was not earlier considered in view of the petitioner having failed to upload the details of the proper documents, hence the present petition.
