The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 18.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-34303-2024.

This Court had issued the following order dated 18.12.2024 in CWP-34303-2024:- "6. Without going into the merits of the case at this stage, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice dated 27.09.2024 (Annexure P-2), submitted by the petitioner expeditiously, by passing a speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Necessary benefits, if any, found due to the petitioner shall be VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2025.09.26 14:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
COCP-2761-2025 (O&M) -2released expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter."

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in compliance of order dated 18.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-34303-2024, all the retiral benefits have been granted to the petitioner. 4.
In view of the above, since order dated 18.12.2024 passed by this Court in CWP-34303-2024, has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 5.
