(Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions from Ms. Deepa Aggarwal-petitioner No.2, who is present in court, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial court at the stage of consideration of framing of charge.
Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Needless to observe that trial court shall consider all the legal issues as well as factual pleas raised by the petitioners in the instant petition at that stage.
