Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of award dated 03.03.2014 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Industrial Tribunal, Gurgaon-respondent No.2 and directing respondent No.1 to reinstate the petitioner in service and make payment of full back wages.

On 09.05.2022, the following order was passed: "There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today.

Adjourned to 07.12.2022.

However, no further adjournment shall be granted. Let the intimation regarding the next date of hearing be given to the counsel for the petitioner."

2023:PHHC:130181 CWP-19175-2015 -2On the adjourned date i.e. 07.12.2022, an adjournment was sought by learned counsel for the petitioner, however, the same was granted and the matter was adjourned to 02.08.2023, subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- as cost, where it was clarified that no further adjournment shall be granted.

On 02.08.2023, the following order was passed: "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited the costs of Rs.1,000/- with the 'High Court Lawyers' Welfare Fund', in pursuance of order dated 07.12.2022 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Photocopy of the receipt thereof is handed over by learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks an accommodation to get necessary instructions in the matter. At his request, adjourned to 07.10.2023."

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner in Court today. It appears that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the present petition.
