Vide order dated 11.10.2017, stay was granted on the impugned order dated 24.05.2017 (Annexure P-1). More than 4 years have passed since then. However, petitioner has been continuing at Bhiwani by virtue of interim stay granted by this Court. Interim stay has already outlived its utility period and/or mitigating circumstances, if any.
