Mr. Karan Sharma, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana. *** Harsimran Singh Sethi, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer of the petitioner for the grant of regular bail has been declined by the learned Sessions Judge, Jhajjar on the ground that two material witnesses, namely, Naina Devi, wife of the deceased and Dharmender Tiwari, who was last seen witness, are yet to be examined.
