Present writ petition is to set aside resolutions No.1 to 3 (Annexure P1), passed in the meeting of Panchayat Samiti, Murthal, Sonepat held on 06.05.2016, whereby permission was granted for appointment of two persons on different posts of helper and other categories and vide resolution No.3 dated 22.08.2016, four persons were appointed by the Panchayat Samiti. A total sum of Rs.54,200/- was withdrawn from the accounts of Panchayat Samiti, though the said workers never worked and they were paid the amount without carrying on any job. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that legal notice dated 06.03.2018 (Annexure P7) was got issued by the petitioner in this respect, but no action has been taken thereon and it remained undecided.

In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat to look into the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.08.30 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
