The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 29.01.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-1790-2017.

This Court had issued the following directions in CWP-17902017, vide its order dated 29.01.2020:- "5.

Without commenting upon the merits of the controversy or the entitlement of the petitioner to the relief claimed, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for regularization as is made in representation Annexure P/1 dated 21.11.2016, in accordance with law, after taking into account all aspects of the matter including decision Annexure P/2 dated 22.04.2014, passed by this Court in CWP No.11368 of 2012, as relied upon by the petitioner, in case the same is

-2applicable, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."

In compliance of the order dated 29.01.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-1790-2017, short reply by way of affidavit dated 23.02.2024 of Er. Manoj Yadav, presently working as SE/Op. Circle, DHBVN, Rewari, the then SE/Op. Circle, DHBVN, Narnaul, along with annexure R-1, has been filed on behalf of the respondent before the Registry. The same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the said compliance report is reproduced as under:- "3.

That at the outset it is most respectfully submitted that in compliance of order dt. 29.01.2020 passed by this Hon'ble Court, a detailed O/o No.65 dt. 20.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) has been passed by SE/Op Circle, DHBVN, Narnaul, which is annexed herewith as Annexure R-1. Thus, the order dt. 29.01.2020 has been complied with in its letter and spirit."

A perusal of the above shows that in compliance of the order dated 29.01.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-1790-2017, a speaking order dated 20.03.2023 (Annexure R-1) has been passed by the respondent. A copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who does not dispute the same.

In view of the above, since order dated 29.01.2020 passed by this Court in CWP-1790-2017, has already been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged.

Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to him in accordance with law to challenge the speaking order speaking order dated 20.03.2023 (Annexure R-1) passed by the respondent. 7.
