**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court, by way of instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus.

It is a matter of record that respondent No.5 namely Alisher filed a private complaint against respondent No.4, wherein summoning order dated 1.8.2016 (Annexure P-1) was issued by the learned court of competent jurisdiction. Immediately thereafter, petitioner moved representation dated 3.8.2016 (Annexure P-2), before the Director, Development & Panchayat Department, Haryana-respondent No.2 for Amit Kumar 2016.09.06 17:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document taking appropriate action against the Sarpanch-respondent No.4.

Civil Writ Petition No. 18241 of 2016 During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner was unable to give any justification as to why complainant-respondent No.5 himself could not approach this Court. Besides this, petitioner seems to be in desperate hurry for the undisclosed reasons. The representation was made by him only on 3.8.2016.

In view of the above, present writ petition is premature on the face of it.

Dismissed.
