After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits the present petitions may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, by way of filing of an application that keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case of the petitioners, the waiving off of 50 % deposit be allowed in favour of the petitioners.
