(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for directing the respondents to re-open the online portal of Pharmacy Council of India and allowing the petitioner to fill up the online form of Part-I and submission of requisite documents in order to intake the admissions of D. Pharmacy for the academic session 2021-2022.

As per the last order of this Court dated 15.09.2021, the present matter was kept pending/adjourned sine die to await the decision by the Supreme Court in petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.7628 of 2021.

2023:PHHC:161133-DB CWP-18279-2021 Learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 3 submits that the aforesaid SLP has been decided by the Supreme Court and as per the decision of the Supreme Court in SLP no cause of action survives in the present writ petition as the Supreme Court is of the view that the portal cannot be opened after the last cut of date i.e. 10.02.2021. In view of the aforesaid decision of the Supreme Court, the present petition is hereby dismissed.
