(ORAL) Mr. Apoorv Garg, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has joined the proceedings on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 in this case in pursuance of the copies of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance. He has forwarded the copies of the statements of Taufique, Arif, Fakrudin, Sabbir, Farana @ Parmina and Mustak, as recorded by the police, to this Court through e-mail and the same are taken on the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the contents of the afore-referred statements, he does not want to proceed further with the present petition any more and he seeks permission to withdraw the same, at this stage.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
