(Oral) Instant petition was filed for seeking direction to the official respondents No.1 & 2 to provide the protection of life, liberty and property of the petitioner, and also seeking direction to official respondents No.1 & 2 to take legal action against police officials i.e. respondents No.3 to 9, who implicated the petitioner in false criminal NDPS cases. Today, counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has required instructions from arguing counsel to give statement for withdrawal of present petition. Therefore, he seeks withdrawal of the same. Dismissed as withdrawan.
