By this order, Civil Writ Petition No. 20235, 3487, 10349, 10351 and 18052 of 2021 shall stand disposed of. 2.
On 29.09.2021, the following order was passed in Civil Writ Petition No. 3487 of 2021:- "The hearing of the case was held through video conferencing on account of restricted functioning of the Courts. Sh. Neeraj Sharma, Advocate, is stated to have filed written statement on behalf of respondent no.3 in one of the connected writ petition i.e CWP-10349-2021.
Learned Senior counsel representing the petitioners admits that he has received a copy thereof. He prays for a short adjournment to examine the same and assist the Court. Sh. Neeraj Sharma, Advocate, states that the petitioners are required to pay the amount, which shall be informed to the petitioners within two working days. He submits that in view of the stand taken in the written statement, the moment the petitioners pay the amount, all the writ petitions shall be rendered infructuous.
Adjourned to 11.10.2021.
In the meantime, Sh. Neeraj Sharma, Advocate, is requested to inform the amount to be deposited by the petitioners.

Mr. Kanwaljit Singh, Senior Advocate, admits that the respondents have informed the petitioner(s) with respect to the amount required to be paid. He submits that the petitioner(s) contest the correctness of the aforesaid amount and therefore, it has been directed to make a representation. He submits that the representation will be submitted. 4.
The learned counsel representing the respondents do not dispute the correctness of this fact.

Mr. Kanwaljit Singh, Senior Advocate, submits that the required representation shall be submitted within a period of one week, which should be considered by the authority within a stipulated period of next seven days. 6.
The learned counsel representing the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid suggestion also.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, all the five writ petitions are disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner(s) to file a representation within the next two working days, which shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within the next seven days from the date of the receipt of the representation. The petitioner(s) undertakes to pay the amount, if any, as intimated within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order to be passed by the competent authority. Till then the interim order dated 29.09.2021 shall continue to operate.
