The petitioners filed appeal against the order of DRT-II, Chandigarh, which has been dismissed by learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal vide order dated 01.05.2018 being not maintainable as the appellants apparently failed to unconditionally comply with the condition of pre-deposit. The plea taken before us is that the petitioners are willing to comply with the said condition. If that is so, we grant liberty to the petitioners to move an application before the DRAT within three days and seek revival of the appeal on compliance of the condition imposed by learned Appellate Tribunal regarding pre-deposit of the amount alongwith a prayer to reduce the amount of pre-deposit. We have no reason to doubt that in case the petitioners would comply with the condition, the ld.
