***** AMAN CHAUDHARY, J. (ORAL) 1. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner though possesses the requisite qualification of post graduation in commerce from Vinayaka Mission University, Salem, Tamilnadu in 2011-2013 and is in the list of recognised university by UGC, however, has not been granted the promotion, though juniors have been promoted on 09.09.2021, with regard to which, a legal notice dated 15.04.2025, Annexure P-15, has been served upon respondents, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.
In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 15.04.2025, within a period of 4 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and MOHIT 2025.05.
CWP-15050-2025 (O&M) -2reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
