By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has inter alia approached this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the Resolution, if any, whereby, meeting/election was scheduled on 12.10.2020, to elect the office bearers of Mallan Multipurpose Cooperative Agricultural Services Society Ltd. 2.

On 23.07.2024, this Court passed the following order:- "By referring to the reply filed on behalf of official respondents No.1 to 4, State counsel submits that the petition has PARDEEP NAUTIYAL 2024.08.05 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CWP-16883-2020 -2become infructuous as the election which was scheduled on 12.10.2020 never took place.

Despite this development, counsel for the petitioner has insisted on an adjournment.

On his request, list on 05.08.2024.

To be shown in the urgent cause list.
