RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. praying for cancellation of regular bail granted to accused/respondent No.2 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka, vide order dated 09.06.2022, in case FIR No.53, dated 02.05.2022, under Sections 406, 498A IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file before the same Court, which had granted the bail.

Allowed as prayed for.
