RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.135, dated 10.06.2022, under Sections 354D, 376, 452, 506 IPC and Sections 6 and 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Women, NIT Faridabad, District Faridabad.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to surrender before the concerned Court.

Allowed to do so.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within seven days from today and applies for bail, the concerned Court would deal with the same in accordance with law and decide the same expeditiously.
