(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the case of the petitioner for premature release was considered by the State Level Committee but he was not found entitled to same as he has not undergone the requisite sentence. In view of the above, petition being without any merit, is hereby dismissed. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh. In that eventuality, Haryana State Legal Services Authority would provide him a counsel.
