******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that husband of the petitioner, who is a convict in a case under Section 302 IPC was transferred to Sangrur Jail on 05.07.2019. At present he is lodged there. The petitioner has tried to know the whereabouts of her husband, who was earlier undergoing his sentence in Ludhiana Jail.
