(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents for conducting the election after the completion of the ward bandi of Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon.

On notice having been issued, learned counsel for the State made a statement that the elections as prayed by the petitioner for Municipal Corporation, Gurgaon, shall be held on completion of various formalities for which a period of two months be granted.
