Both these petitions relate to common FIR No.27 dated 8th of February 2022, registered at Police Station Sector 17, Chandigarh. In CRM-M-32669-2023, the petitioner-Rohit Kumar prays for quashing of aforementioned FIR and all subsequent proceedings on the basis of affidavit dated 4th of July, 2023 duly sworn by alleged victim i.e. Vishal Kumar and in second petition i.e. CRM-M-30783-2023 filed at the behest of mother of Deepak Kumar 2023.10.13 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

the victim/detenue namely Vishal Kumar, petitioner is seeking direction to the official respondents to take appropriate action against respondents No.4 to 7.

It is not denied that the alleged detenue namely Vishal appeared before the Magistrate and has suffered statement. 3.

Mr. Akashdeep Singh, Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of U.T., Chandigarh submits that the Investigating Agency shall take into consideration the statement made by Vishal while filing final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

In view of above, the present petitions are disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
