RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel, on instructions from Mangat Rai Sarup, Superintendent in the office of Punjab Water Supply and Sanitation Department, has stated at bar that the payment to the petitioner has already been made on 28.11.2017.

In view of aforesaid statement, present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to get this petition revived in case the said statement is not correct.
