Petitioners have posed a challenge to order dated 14.03.2018 passed by General Manager, Haryana Roadways Transport, Charkhi Dadri wherein it has been directed that petitioners would operate their buses on the route 10 minutes before and 10 minutes after the operation of buses of Haryana Roadways. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that said order is against the time-table issued by the Regional Transport Authority. According to him, General Manager has no authority under the Motor Vehicles Act to issue such directions.

Learned counsel are ad idem that powers in this regard are vested in the Regional Transport Authority.

In view of above, impugned order dated 14.03.2018 (Annexure P-11) is hereby set-aside. It is made clear that buses would operate as per the time-table issued by the competent authority. Allowed in these terms.
