******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is second petition filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 106 dated 15.03.2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 411 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Basti Jodhewal, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana. Heard.

Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed as he had failed to join the investigation despite opportunity allowed to him by this Court. As the petitioner had not complied with order dated 20.12.2018, no reason is made out to extend the benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as sought by him, particularly when he has not come up with any explanation with regard to his non-joining the investigation as per order dated 20.12.2018.

This petition has no merits. Dismissed.
