This petition has been filed for grant of concession of prearrest bail in FIR No.184 dated 19.06.2023 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, 427 and 452 IPC, at Police Station Sector 17 HUDA, Jagadhri, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that Section 325 IPC has been added in the FIR. Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
