(Oral) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was selected as a Maths Master and joined on 01.11.2018 pursuant to the subsequent advertisement. His only plea is that his appointment should relate back to the year 2016 in view of the fact that he has been acquitted by the concerned court. He further submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh one with this cause of action.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
