The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.08 dated 02.03.2021, under Sections 342/363/366-A/376(2)(n)/506/34 IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Women Dabwali Sirsa, District Sirsa. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
