It is further submitted that during investigation, the petitioner could not produce any evidence/witness from which it can be inferred that the Patiala Police has raided his house and destroyed belongings of complainant's side.

5.

This Court has heard learned counsel for the parties and has perused the paper-book.

6.

Keeping in view the rival contentions made by learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that this Court had earlier directed respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka, vide order dated 13.03.2026 (Annexure P-10) passed in CRWP-2829-2026, to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and the same has been acted upon by the authorities; that during investigation, the petitioner could not produce any evidence/witness supporting his allegations made in the complaint, no further directions are required to be issued by this Court at this stage. A perusal of the impugned report dated 14.04.2026 (Annexure P-13) does not bring forth anything showing biased conduct of respondent No.3. Thus, the present petition is dismissed.

7.

However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner still feels aggrieved, then he shall be at liberty to avail any other remedy available to him in accordance with law.
