**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, is to the letter dated 03.03.2016 (Annexure P-1), whereby, the petitioner has been debarred from participation in the future tenders.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to first approach the concerned authorities, pointing out the infirmities in issuing Annexure P-1, as sought to be raised in the present writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it in accordance with law.
