(ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one with better and correct particulars. Mr. Apoorv Garg, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, who has appeared on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 in this case in pursuance of the copies of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance, has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn with the liberty afore-said.
