(ORAL) Having been confronted about the specific observations made by the Collector in the impugned order dated 27.5.2015 (Annexure P-6) that petitioner did not produce the relevant piece of evidence, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue its other remedy, including filing a fresh eviction petition, before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
