The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the impugned memo dated 21.02.2022, whereby prayer of the petitioner inter alia for considering and granting her appointment on the post of Pharmacist (Pharmacy Officer) as per her merit.

Learned counsel submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Pharmacist (Pharmacy Officer). However, she has not been granted consequential benefits i.e notional benefits and seniority, as has been granted to her batchmates. He submits on instructions that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the respondents to decide the case of the petitioner for consequential benefits in a time bound manner. 4.
Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.
