(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that contempt proceedings be initiated against the respondents for not complying the order dated 13.8.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-19621-2024 titled as "Pardeep Kumar vs. State of Haryana and others", vide which the petition was disposed of with a direction "....to respondents to consider and decide the legal notice dated 02.02.2024, Annexure P-4), expeditiously in accordance with law."

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Shri Pradeep Deswal, DRO, Rewari, submits that the order dated 13.8.2024 (Annexure P-2) shall be complied within four weeks from today.
