(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking reinstatement of the original rate of HSIIDC Rai Phase-II, plot rate of `6500/- per sq. meter, as per application and quashing of the increase rate of `9000/- per sq. meter. 2.

After arguing for sometime, the petitioner appearing as authorized representative of the petitioner-company submits that he does not have the advertisement, in pursuance to which he has applied, so as to establish the rate, which was offered to the petitioner for allotment of the plot. He submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action and by appending the relevant advertisement.
