(ORAL) Having been confronted about the non availability of order dated 30.4.2013 passed by the Collector, Thanesar, against which the petitioners have filed appeal before the Commissioner, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action but with better particulars, including laying challenge to the order dated 30.4.2013 passed by the Collector, Thanesar, as well as appellate order, taking appropriate averments in the writ petition.

Permission is granted.
